La premiazione, alla presenza della giuria, si svolgerà alle ore 19,00 del giorno 6 ottobre, presso Urban Center Bologna, nell'ambito delle iniziative SAIE-OFF (il fuorisalone del SAIE 2011). Inoltre sarà inaugurata la mostra di tutti i progetti, che sarà visitabile per tre settimane.

Durante il SAIE 2011 (Fiera di Bologna), l'Ordine Architetti Bologna (padiglione 22) organizzerà un incontro-dibattito tra autori e giuria.
La data sarà comunicata insieme alle altre iniziative previste.

The award, in presence of the jury, will take place at 07.00 pm on 6th October, at the Urban Center Bologna, part of the initiatives SAIE-OFF (fuorisalone SAIE 2011). It will also be inaugurated the exhibition of all projects, which will be open for three weeks.

During SAIE 2011 (Fiera di Bologna) Ordine Architetti Bologna (Hall 22) will hold a meeting and debate between authors and jury.
The date will be announced along with other planned initiatives.

La Provincia di Bologna ha istituito Urbania, contenitore culturale per progettare e pensare la città ed il territorio. Lo scorso 7 maggio si è conclusa la sesta edizione di Urbania nella quale, attraverso convegni e workshop internazionali, si è approfondito il tema di una nuova alleanza tra città e campagna.
In quest'ambito l'Ordine degli Architetti Pianificatori Paesaggisti e Conservatori di Bologna bandisce un concorso di idee finalizzato ad approfondire ed investigare le problematiche connesse alla dispersione insediativa e al consumo di territorio agricolo, che sono causa di una compromissione dei paesaggi periurbani, ed effetti dello sviluppo della città occidentale contemporanea.
Ci si interroga preoccupati circa il futuro del territorio e delle città, auspicando come azione necessaria ed urgente l'interruzione del consumo di nuovo suolo agricolo, arginando quindi lo sviluppo urbano a favore di pratiche di riqualificazione degli insediamenti esistenti.

Provincia di Bologna has created Urbania, a cultural center with the aim of think and design the city and the territory. On May 7 ended the sixth edition of Urbania in which, through conferences and workshops, the theme of a new alliance town-countryside has been explored.
In this context the Ordine degli Architetti di Bologna announces an ideas competition aimed to explore and investigate issues related to urban sprawl and consumption of agricultural land, which are due to an impairment of peri-urban landscapes, and effects of the development of contemporary Western cities.
As we wonder worriedly about the future of cities and farmlands, it is essential to determine what urgent measures we can undertake to interrupt the consumption of new territories, staunching the spread of urban development in favor of requalification of already existing settlements.
